Mari first represented us as home buyers. We owned a condominium that we were selling privately but when we realized that we were in over our heads Mari stepped in and saved the day. She managed the sale of our condo while also working on the purchase of the house that we are happy to now call home.
When our buyers had difficulties with their bank, Mari assisted both our buyers and their bank to ensure that the transaction was able to continue.

Mari was great to meet with and very patient, as we first met a year prior to actually listing the home. She puts a lot of time and money into marketing the home and that is definitely what helped to sell our home. We were able to do showings even during the COVID-19 situation and when we wanted to see houses if she was not available, she had other agents ready to assist us. There were lots of ups and downs through the process and she was helpful through them. I do think it would be helpful to maybe have some sort of closing checklist the company could send out to clients, as during the last few weeks, it can be hectic. Just things like what should be removed/shouldn't, utilities to check in on and how to set up a transfer, etc. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend her in the future!
